I’ll work alongside you and your chosen vendors, taking care of the details, solving the little problems and making sure your florals work beautifully within the bigger picture of your day.

Complete the wedding enquiry form below and tell me a little about your day.

I’ll ask about your wedding date, venue, guest numbers, floral ideas and approximate floral investment so I can get a feel for what you’re planning.

02 — Book your consultation

Once you've completed your enquiry, use the calendar below to book a wedding consultation at a time that suits you.

This is where we can talk through your ideas, priorities, venue and overall floral vision.

Don’t worry if you don't have everything figured out yet — that's what the consultation is for.

03 — Your floral proposal

Following our consultation, I’ll create a bespoke floral proposal for your wedding, bringing together the flowers, styling and design elements we've discussed.

Your proposal will outline your floral selections and investment.

04 — Secure your date

Love your proposal?

A $500 non-refundable booking fee secures your wedding date with Petal Polka.

From there, we begin refining the details and bringing your floral vision to life.

​

05 — The beautiful part

As your wedding approaches, I'll take care of the floral details, sourcing, preparation and design.

Then, on your wedding day, Petal Polka will arrive to create and install your flowers so you can simply enjoy seeing everything come together.
